For unopened products we may offer you the option of receiving a replacement order or a refund / store credit. We may request that you return the unsatisfactory product so that we can examine it for quality control purposes and to learn what we can do to improve. In the event that we shipped an incorrect product and request that the product be sent back, we will pay the return shipping, and the replacement may be sent once the return shipping label has been scanned at your post office. For products that were correct but still unsatisfactory, buyer will pay return shipping. In the case of a product that has been opened, a refund or replacement will be offered based on the amount of product that was used after the original package is returned and examined.
