Credit & Debit

The Credit & Debit card payment method doesn’t need much of an explanation, but we will say that many banks will initially flag the transaction as fraud if it is your first time using this method. All you need to do if that happens is call your bank or card issuer and let them know that you are trying to make a purchase online and the transaction was flagged. This is a fairly common occurrence anytime you order from a new company online using your card.

ACH / E-check

ACH, sometimes referred to as e-check or direct debit is a payment method in which the funds for payment are withdrawn directly from your checking account. In this way, ACH is a lot like a debit card. The big difference between ACH and debit card, is that ACH uses the checking account’s routing and account number instead of a 16 digit card number. ACH payments are safe and while they do take longer than some payment methods, for a customer with an established history of completed payments, we will usually waive the processing hold. To use ACH, you must call or email our customer service department with your account information after placing your order. Typical processing time for an ACH payment is 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays don’t count so an ACH order placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time on Wednesday may not ship until after the weekend.

Bitcoin / Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency payments are little more complicated than other methods. They do require several steps including, purchasing the currency at an exchange, placing the order on our site and then sending the crypto digitally to us at checkout and while that may sound way to technical for you, the truth is that it’s about as easy as sending an email or posting on Facebook. We created a separate page that details the process of using crypto if you would like to try it. Crypto is the fastest and generally most reliable payment method we have once you know how to use it. Orders paid with crypto by 1:00pm Eastern Time usually ship the same day.

Max Redemption

Max Redemption is a payment method that allows you to use your credit or debit card to make a purchase on our site by first buying an electronic gift certificate and then redeeming that gift certificate with us. This method is similar to the way crypto payments work behind the scenes, but it’s much easier to use for the customer since their software allows you signup, get verified, and complete the transaction in once place. You don’t need visit any other websites or use any other apps to complete your purchase. It also has the benefit of keeping information about what you are purchasing from your financial institution since all they see is an “e-gift certificate”. The biggest drawback to this method is that it does go down every so often for software maintenance and banking connection issues.

Mail-in Payment

Mailing in your payment isn’t the fastest or most convenient way to shop, but if you don’t have a regular checking account or can’t use the other payment methods, mailing in a check or money order is a pretty simple way to get your payment to us. Since everyone has access to a post office where they can both buy a money order and send it to us, within some reasonable distance, this payment method is available to all of our customers and isn’t a bad option. Of course the issue to be aware of with mail-in payments is that it can take many days for the payment to get to us, and you will have to go to the post office if you are buying a postal money order to send. If you do have checks, or access to a western union, money gram, or other money order provider, you can send any of these from your own mailbox. Let customer service know if you’re sending a check or money order and we may be able to speed up the processing time.
