Same Day Shipping Policy - We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders marked “paid” in our system by 12:00 pm Eastern Time on a regular shipping day will likely be processed and shipped that day. Order received or marked “paid” after 12:00pm will be shipped on the next regular shipping business day. Our same day shipping policy is based on our normal order volume. At times especially during sales and after holiday weekends, our order volume may be higher and as a result some orders received before 12 pm will still not be shipped same day. We apologize for any inconvenience if this happens.

Buyer acknowledges that any and all Goods purchased from Seller are intended solely for the purpose of scientific research and development and are in no way intended for human consumption under any circumstances. Buyer agrees that any consumption of Goods offered by Seller is a misuse of said Goods. Buyer will not hold Seller responsible for any consequence, whether seen or unforeseen, nor will Buyer hold Seller responsible for any harm or injury resulting from the misuse of said Goods.

Seller is not responsible for unintended reactions due to allergies. It is strongly recommended that you do not purchase our products if you have any allergies to any other botanical products.
Regulation and Risk of Loss.
Buyer is fully responsible for any and all local laws pertaining to the purchase of Goods. Seller declares the offer of Goods void where prohibited. If Goods are lost during transport to Buyer, due to Buyer negligence to obey all applicable laws, whether local or otherwise, Seller deems loss of Goods the responsibility of the Buyer. Any risk of loss is immediately transferred to Buyer upon purchase of Goods.
Returned Checks
Checks returned unpaid will be subject a $15 Returned Check Fee
Contests: Contests are offered from time to time. All contests are no purchase necessary and void where contests or our product are prohibited by law. See the contest’s details page for specific rules.
Important: Offer of any product is void where prohibited. It is Buyers own responsibility to check and abide by local laws and regulations. Buyer will adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any product provided by Seller. Buyer agrees to make no attempt to hold Seller liable for anything that may happen to a consignment while en route, and Buyer understands that since Seller cannot know of all laws for all countries, it is entirely Buyers responsibility to make certain that the products ordered are allowed in Buyers state and / or country of residence. Under no circumstance will Goods ever be shipped or sold to Buyers in the following places: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, The United Kingdom, Thailand, Bhutan, Australia, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma). Any transactions originating from a zip code in which kratom is banned will be refunded by the credit card processor. Refunds may take 1-3 business days to be reflected on your statement depending on your bank.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our product with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee . If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 14 days using the form on our "Contact" page. For unopened products we may offer you the option of receiving a replacement order or a refund. We may request that you return the unsatisfactory product so that we can examine it for quality control purposes and to learn what we can do to improve. In the event that we shipped an incorrect product and request that the product be sent back, we will pay the return shipping, and the replacement may be sent once the return shipping label has been scanned at your post office. For products that were correct but still unsatisfactory, buyer will pay return shipping. In the case of a product that has been opened, a refund, store credit, or replacement will be offered based on the amount of product that was used after the original package is returned and examined. Shipping ETA estimates are just that, estimates. We do not guarantee shipping times and will not provide refunds for shipping fees based on carrier delays. Estimates are based off of carrier provided information based on ideal circumstances and are frequently off by a day or more.
